The use of the register requires a personal user name and password, which is only granted to employees of the registrar with a position and task associated with the license. Welcome to the Method Makia service. We are an online sports service and we provide our members with personal body weight training programs, weight control courses and type 2 diabetes preventing and curating diets.
The instruction videos of the training service are streamed over the internet with certain Internet-connected TVs, PCs, and other devices.
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Method Makia service. The words “Supersport service”, “our services” or “service” mean in these terms of use a service, which Method Makia offers for your training program or diet, including all features and functions, our website and the user interface, as well as all the associated contents and software.
Approval of the Terms of Use
These Terms of Use, which contain our Privacy Policy, Terms, information on cookies and Internet advertising, as well as social media properties, are applicable to your use of the Method Makia service. By using, visiting or browsing Method Makia services you accept and agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, you should not use Method Makia services.
Supersport Pte. Ltd. is a company that provides a service for your use (hereinafter referred to as “Method Makia” in these Terms of Use) and with whom you enter a contract with.
Changes to Terms of Use
Method Makia reserves the right to occasionally modify these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy. The changes are effective immediately, for current members the changes in the Terms of Use will enter into force 30 days after their publication, unless otherwise stated. We strive to add any possible previous versions of the Terms of Use from the past 12 months (including changes marked to them) to our website. You can see the changes made to previous versions of the Terms of Use, when you visit our website.
Privacy
All personal information given through the Method Makia service is covered by our privacy policy and its terms are covered here.
Communication Preferences
By using Method Makia you agree that we can send electronic communications to you via Method Makia.
These might include messages to your email address given during registration, in Method Makia or notices published in the “My Account” page relative to your account. Such messages are a part of your relationship with Method Makia.
You agree that any notice, agreements, the provision of information or other messages that we send to you electronically satisfy all communication requirements required by the law, including the fact that communications must be in written form. Keep a copy of the electronic messages by either printing the message, or saving an electronic copy. You also agree that Method Makia may send you service announcements, eg. Newsletters about new features of Method Makia, special offers, advertising notices and customer queries by e-mail or in other ways. If you no longer wish to receive certain messages related to non-operating activities from us, go to the “My Account” page under the “E-mail settings” section, where you can manage your communication preferences.
Membership, billing and cancellation
Method Makia services are available for a surcharge. You gain access to services immediately after payment. The service sometimes offers free trials. Free trials are not binding.
Different memberships
We may offer a variety of membership contracts, including corporate-, athletic-, and educational institutions sponsor memberships or free trials.
Price Changes
We reserve the exclusive right to change the price of the service or any part of it at any time in a manner we decide. If these Terms of Use do not explicitly mention otherwise, price changes directed to your service will take effect after you have received an email notification.
Payment Methods
Method Makia uses all common payment methods.
Account removal
You can delete your Method Makia account at any time. Fees are non-refundable and no refunds given. Account removal takes place
by sending an email to the address [email protected].
Method Makia services
You must be at least 18 years old to have a Method Makia membership. Children under 18 years of age or under the applicable legal age can use the service, but only under supervision of a parent or legal guardian prescribed by the law using the account of such a person subject to these Terms of Use.
Method Makia or any content streamed via the service is intended for your personal and non-commercial use. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to access Method Makia for this purpose. With the exception of the aforementioned limited license, any right, title or interest is not transferred to you.
We update Method Makia continuously. Additionally, we also continuously test various aspects of our service, including our website and the availability of our training program and instruction videos. We reserve the right to include you in these tests, or exclude you from them without notice. We reserve the right of our sole discretion to change from time to time without notice the way in which we provide the service.
You agree that you use Method Makia, including all the features and functionalities associated with it, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including restrictions to public presentation or restrictions related to the use of the service and its content. You agree that you will not archive, download (other than save cached necessary for personal use), copy, share, edit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale or use (other than specifically permitted in these Terms of Use) the content or information, which includes, or has been obtained from the Method Makia service or through it, without our written permission. You also agree that you will not rotate, delete, change, or deactivate, impair or prevent Method Makia content protection; use any robot, spider, scraper or other automated ways to get Method Makia, you will not disassemble, reverse engineer, dismantle any software or other products or processes that are available through Method Makia, you will not add any code or product or manipulate the content of Method Makia in any way, and you will not use data mining, data gathering or isolation methods. Additionally, you agree that you will not upload, post, email or otherwise provide any material which is designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any software or hardware or telecommunications means the functionality associated with Method Makia.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our service without compensation or notice, if (i) you violate these
Terms of Use or we think that you have breached them (ii) use the Service in any illegal or improper manner, or we think you do so
Passwords and access to the account
A member who has created the Method Makia account is referred to here as the account holder. An account holder can use and tenure Method Makia. The account holder’s tenure is based on the use of the password and, therefore, in order to maintain exclusive control, the Account Holder should not reveal the password to anyone. Additionally, if the account holder wants to prevent others contact to Method Makia, contact customer service to possibly change the account holder’s right of possession, the Account Holder should not disclose any payment information (eg credit card or the last four digits of the payment card or e-mail address if using PayPal) related to their account . You are responsible for ensuring that you keep the information that you provide us with in relation to your account up to date, truthful and accurate.
In order to provide you with easy access to your account and help you manage Method Makia, Method Makia uses technology with which we can identify you as the account holder in cases you have agreed to the use of SOME and grant you direct access to your account, without you having to enter a password or other identifying information every time, when visiting Method Makia. By sharing a Method Makia password or granting others access to the service, the account holder agrees that he is responsible for compliance with the terms for their household members and the account holder bears responsibility for the actions of the household members as well.
You will also need to be cautious with regard to all the messages that ask you to provide your credit card or other account information. The provision of information in response to such requests may lead to identity theft. Always use your sensitive account information via the Makia Method website, in no case through an e-mail hyperlink or other electronic message, even if it seems official. Method Makia reserves the right to suspend the account of any member with or without notice in order to protect itself and its partners in case of suspicion of dishonest activities. Method Makia has no obligation to make up for a membership or grant a discount for an account suspension made by a Method Makia representative or Method Makia automated process.
Limitations of Warranty and Limitations of Liability
Method Makia as well as all of the content and training programs related to it, or other features and functionalities in connection with the service, is provided “as is” with all faults without warranty of any kind. Method Makia does not guarantee or claim that service availability will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Extent permitted by law, Supersport Pte. Ltd. or its subsidiaries or any of their shareholders, directors, officers, employees or the Licensors shall not be liable (jointly or separately) to you for personal injury or for any special, direct, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, or certain kinds of damage liability restrictions. In that case some of the above limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms of Use does not affect your statutory rights. If any provision or part of the provisions of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the other provisions of validity, legality and enforceability are not changed or weakened, and they remain in full force and effect.

Applicable law
If you live in Europe, these Terms of Use are subject to and construed in accordance with the LUXEMBOURG laws.
If you live in Brazil, these Terms of Use are subject to and construed in accordance with Brazilian law.
If you live in the United States, these Term of Use are subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of provisions relating to a conflict of laws.
Certain consumer protection rights may apply to you in your jurisdiction as well .
The use of information
Method Makia is free to use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, or techniques, or other material, which is included in any messages you send to us ( “Feedback”), including the answers to surveys and studies, as well as posts submitted by you to the Method Makia website . Method Makia can obtain these without additional compensation, recognition or payment to you for any intended purpose, including, but not limited to the development, production and marketing of products, and creating, modifying and improving Method Makia.
You also agree that, within the limits of the applicable law, you do not use “moral rights” in your feedback.

MM Supersport -palvelut

Salasanat ja tilin käyttöoikeus

Sovellettava laki
Jos asut Euroopassa, näitä Käyttöehtoja sovelletaan ja tulkitaan Luxenburgin lakien mukaisesti.
Jos asut Brasiliassa, näitä Käyttöehtoja sovelletaan ja tulkitaan Brasilian lakien mukaisesti.
Jos asut Yhdysvalloissa, näitä Käyttöehtojasovelletaan ja tulkitaan Yhdysvaltojen Delawaren osavaltion lakien mukaisesti ottamatta huomioon lainvalintaa koskevia määräyksiä.
Sinua saattavat koskea lainsäädäntöalueellasi myös tietyt kuluttajansuojaoikeudet.
Annettujen tietojen käyttö
MM Supersport voi vapaasti käyttää kaikkia kommentteja, informaatiota, ideoita, käsitteitä, arvosteluja tai tekniikoita tai muuta materiaalia, jota sisältyy meille mahdollisesti lähettämiisi viesteihin (”Palaute”), mukaan lukien vastaukset kyselyihin ja tutkimuksiin sekä MM Supersportn verkkosivustolle lähettämäsi viestit. Nämä MM Supersport saa käyttöönsä ilman lisähyvitystä, tunnustusta tai maksua sinulle mihin hyvänsä käyttötarkoitukseen, mukaan lukien mutta ei rajoittuen tuotteiden kehitykseen, tuotantoon ja markkinointiin, ja MM Supersportn luomiseen, muokkaamiseen ja parantamiseen.
